Daycare Compliance Officer

Hello, my name is Jennifer Kalle, and I was born and raised in the town of Colonie. I am married with two amazing children. I was a stay-at-home Mom at the time when Thomas Styles offered me a job at TSL. The rest is history.
I’ve always loved children and loved taking care of kids. When I was younger, I always had many babysitting jobs. I really enjoyed playing and watching my niece and nephews. I found it fascinating how dependable they were and how they looked up to me.
I started my career at TSL in September of 2011. I was offered part-time in the after-school program in Guilderland. I then went on to being a teacher’s assistant in the toddler room. As the needs of TSL I worked in every room, cooked, and have helped with office paperwork and helping the director. I was promoted in 2017 to become the assistant director of the daycare in Guilderland. I then enhanced my abilities over to the Troy daycare helping the daycare grow. Recently I have been promoted to the Daycare Compliance Officer. It’s been 12 years later, and still love my job.
In my spare time: I love spending time with my children and family. I love going on vacations, going to the beach, garden, shopping, and crafting things.
